Our journey began when our CEO, Dr. Sheeba Binu — herself an internationally educated nurse who navigated the complex certification landscape — recognized that thousands of talented nurses were struggling with the same barriers she once faced: confusing exam processes, inadequate preparation resources, and a lack of personalized mentorship.
Today, Demo Institute operates across three continents with campuses in the USA (Greenfield, Massachusetts), India (Hubballi, Karnataka & Idukki, Kerala), and a growing virtual presence that reaches students in over 30 countries. Our collaboration with Tatwadarsha Institute of Nursing in Hubballi provides students access to state-of-the-art clinical facilities and hands-on training.

With over two decades of experience in nursing education and clinical practice, Dr. Sheeba Binu founded Demo Institute with a vision to make world-class nursing certification accessible to every aspiring professional. A certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a doctoral degree in Nursing, she leads the institute's academic strategy and curriculum development.
Dr. Binu B. Panicker oversees all operational functions of Demo Institute including technology infrastructure, virtual classroom operations, student services, and institutional partnerships. His expertise in healthcare administration ensures seamless delivery of training programs across three continents.
Ms. Nandana Binu manages the institute's financial strategy, scholarship programs, and installment plan structures. She also leads the Kids Corner initiative as CEO, bringing educational programs for children of all ages.
