Full refund (minus processing fee) if cancellation request is submitted at least 15 days before the batch start date. 50% refund for cancellations made 7-14 days before batch start. No refund for cancellations within 7 days of batch start.
Within first week: 50% refund of remaining fees. After first week: No refund. Students may transfer to a future batch within the same program (one-time transfer, subject to availability).
Students may request a one-time batch transfer to a future cohort of the same program. Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the current batch start. No additional fee for first transfer.
Counseling sessions are non-refundable once scheduled and confirmed. Rescheduling is allowed with 24 hours notice.
Email info@demoinstitute.com with your enrollment details and reason for cancellation. Refunds are processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.
