Complete preparation for the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) registration process and the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) aptitude test. This program covers the entire Irish nursing registration pathway — from NMBI application submission through the aptitude test, adaptation placement, and final registration. The curriculum includes Irish healthcare system orientation (HSE structure, patient pathways, medication management in Ireland), NMBI competency framework alignment, RCSI exam domains (clinical knowledge, professional judgment, communication), and adaptation program preparation. We also provide guidance on the Recognition of Professional Qualifications Directive (EU directive) and its implications for non-EU nurses. Cultural orientation for living and working in Ireland is included.
